Adi Keissar is young poet and one of the main new voices of Mizrahi culture. She is part of a bigger phenomenon happening in Israel for the last few years, which I believe is very important and pose a serious alternative to the main Israeli poetry and literature narratives.  

She will be reading few of her poems and will give a talk titled "Ars Poetica - Culture, Politics and Poetry”

The discussion focuses on several issues: Social hierarchy in culture, Identity in poetry, 'Ars Poetica' poetry project and its impact on culture in Israel.
