Writing Austin's Lives: A Community Portrait
This award-winning collection of stories published with the Austin History Center Association presents the personal histories, lifestyles, and civic visions of 125 Austin residents who participated in the citywide life-writing project designed and administered by the Institute.

The Institute offers media materials about its work and footage from its symposia and distinguished lecturers series. Selected video may be ordered on DVD.
