Looking for an intern interested in communications and/or marketing and has a strong desire to hone up their writing skills. Job duties will include may not be limited to:
•Content writing for ISHIR’s websites.
•Demostrate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•Assist in preparation for marketing materials; editing, posting on sites, and A/B testing with messaging.
•Research industry specific keywords and write creative content for Google Ad Words ad copy.
•Assist in updating local directory listings for our offices.
•Assist in manageing the ISHIR Blog and review the content on internal websites.
•Help develop and maintain sales and marketing collaterals.
•Assist in the research of and creation of proposals for new marketing plans.
•Assist in development of content for clients’ websites.
•Assist in setting up local events and webinars.
•Comfortable in marketing administration and customer service.
•Flexible and proactive in taking on assignments and responsibilities and a willingness to learn.
This is an unpaid internship initially that will last for 3 months through the summer training period. Internship can also be extended to the next semester.
By the end of the training period, if you are well suited for this role, we will extend an offer to you for a part-time position or full-time position when you graduate.
Since this is an unpaid internship, we offer to pay for all out of pocket expenses (like gas to and from work and lunch) during the training period
QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate or Graduate Student (from communications, liberal arts, English literature schools)
