This is for our financial advisor position at our South Austin branch - Bell Division.

We are looking for people with the following characteristics:
Interest in finance and/or entrepreneurship
Resides in the Austin, Texas area
Prior positions in sales, finance, real estate, mortgage brokerage, or healthcare a plus
Willingness to promote yourself and North Star's services in the community
Desire to start a business
Desire to help others meet their financial goals

Commission-Based Salary: This salary format is based on a percentage of your total completed sales, thus your paycheck will fluctuate month-to-month. For example, if you have a strong month of completed sales, you will earn a large paycheck; however, if you have a slow month of completed sales, you will earn a smaller paycheck.
