The opening of the Julius Glickman Conference Center in the new College of Liberal Arts (CLA) building is an important new addition to the college’s resources. The entire college will have priority access to these modern and functional new facilities.
The College of Liberal Arts has never before had its own conference center. In the past, departments and centers who were planning conferences, colloquiums, guest lectures, and special events had to seek outside the college for accommodations, often incurring additional expenses for academic activities. Now, through the new conference center, more resources can be put directly towards mission-critical events.
