The Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Technology Policy Program (TPP) is a cross-disciplinary master's degree program for students interested in the intersection between technological innovation and the society that will use that technology. Students in the two year program work in one of MIT's research labs while pursuing coursework focused on the policy implications of their research. The program culminates in a thesis that explores both the technical aspects of the research and policy choices that will allow it to successfully integrate into the world. It should be noted that TPP students focus on both public and private (business) policy. The same information will also be presented 11:15 am - 12:45 pm, BME 3.204
