What are the requirements to qualify for the Rapoport Service Scholarship?

To qualify, you must be a current freshmen enrolled in the College of Liberal Arts. Further requirements can be found here. 

Is there a GPA requirement?

There is no GPA requirement.

When does the scholarship application open and close?

Applications usually open the beginning of Decemeber and close mid-February.
