Berkeley Distinguished Chair in Linguistic Anthropology Bill Hanks will be giving a

guest lecture titled: Crossing into Yucatan. His talk will take place on
Tuesday, April
18th in ACE 2.402 from 1:30-3:30 pm. 

Hanks received his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in 1983 in Linguistics
>and Anthropology.
