PANELISTS WILL CONSIDER SUCH QUESTIONS AS:
- When is other's speech about you (in the tabloids, on Facebook, etc.) a violation of your privacy?
- Should you be legally entitled to force others to not speak about you?
- What is the value of transparency and what is the value of anonymity?
- Would mandatory disclosure of a person's political contributions impinge on his freedom of speech? Or chill his likelihood to speak?
- Does protection of individuals' privacy sometimes work against the public good?
- Does the right to privacy inhibit freedom of the press?
