Graduating senior Ciaran Dean-Jones wins a George Mitchell award!

Ciaran Dean-Jones has won a George Mitchell award for academic excellence, one of seven awarded in the University. His thesis "Woe unto the world because of offenses: the wartime theology of Abraham Lincoln" was judged one of the four best undergraduate theses in the University.

His supervisor and nominator was Professor Tom Palaima (Classics). His readers psychiatrist Dr. Steve Sonnenberg (Plan II, Humanities and Architecture) and civil war historian Prof. George Forgie (History).
