The 2012 UT Latino Male Symposium will be held on Friday, May 4, 2012, at the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center (2110 San Jacinto Boulevard) at The University of Texas at Austin (8:00 am - 2:00 pm). Click HERE to RSVP.

The symposium will feature higher education practitioners from throughout the state that are currently engaged in designing and implementing male-focused student programs.

Symposium Schedule:
8 a.m. — Registration and Continental Breakfast
9 a.m. — Welcome and Introduction
9:30 a.m. — Roundtable Discussions  [Featuring representatives from Project MALES, South Texas College, Lone Star College System, Palo Alto College, San Antonio College, Austin Community College, Trinity River Campus (Tarrant County Community College District) and Communities in Schools, The X-Y Zone Program]
12 p.m. — Lunch and Keynote Speaker, Commissioner Raymund Paredes, Ph.D., Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board
