Graduating senior and CTI stalwart Alexandra Elizondo will be leading the final discussion of the year Dei Verbum, the dogmatic constitution from Vatican II on divine revelation. The constitution remains the authoritative statement in Catholicism on what it means to believe that the Bible is the word of God and why one should, as well as what it means for Catholics to believe that Church tradition is guided by the Holy Spirit. It is the best way to begin to understand what religious authority means in the modern Catholic Church. A full text can be found here:
