Congratulations to our very own Lisa Moore for the publication of her new chapbook, from Chicago's Dancing Girl Press, entitled “24 Hours of Men.” A sample poem and purchase details are available here.

Lisa L. Moore is Archibald A. Hill Professor of English and Professor of Women’s and Gender Studies at The University of Texas at Austin. She is the author or editor of five books, including Sister Arts: The Erotics of Lesbian Landscapes, which won the Lambda Literary Award. Her articles, essays and reviews have appeared in venues including Critical Inquiry, Eighteenth-Century Studies, GLQ: A Journal of Lesbian and Gay Studies, and Feminist Studies.  In addition to her chapbook 24 Hours of Men (Dancing Girl Press, 2018), Dr. Moore has published poems recently in Nimrod International Journal, The Fourth River, and Borderlands Texas Poetry Review. This semester, Dr. Moore is teaching E303D, the Plan II World Literature class, and a graduate class entitled “Transatlantic Feminisms in the Age of Revolutions.” She also teaches E337, “Restoration Through Eighteenth Century British Literature,” and E330, “Literature for Writers.”
