Hillary Corwin is a Government graduate student in the International Relations and Political Methodology fields.  She is a political economist studying foreign policy, economic coercion, international development, and human rights.  

Her current research investigates how factors in the international system affect the credibility of western donor commitments to withhold aid in response to human rights violations, and how both the composition of the international system and donors' aid commitments alter human rights outcomes in developing countries.
