Biography

I am a graduate student in the department of government with international relations and methodology as my two subfields. My current research focuses on international conflict, war expansion, and the intersection of interstate and intrastate war. Before coming to UT Austin I worked as a junior research fellow at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs, with a particular focus on cyber security and power. I also have experience from various think tanks in Washington, D.C., including contributing analysis on defense spending and policy for the Sustaintable Defense Task force and the Domenici-Rivlin Debt Reduction Task Force.
