Student Discussion with Dr. Paul Farmer on Medicine and Social Justice

The Humanities Institute invites students to an open discussion with Dr. Paul Farmer. A physician and medical anthropologist, Dr. Farmer is the founder of the nonprofit humanitarian organization Partners in Health, which provides direct healthcare services and performs research and advocacy on behalf of poor communities worldwide. This event is free and open to students. The Quadrangle Room seats 200 people and space is available on a first come, first served basis.
