Welcome to the Humanities Institute’s Research Development & Grants (RDG) office
The HI’s RDG office supports UT faculty, staff, and student researchers who are involved in humanities-inflected grants and fellowships. The RDG is led by Jeff Meserve, Assistant Director of Research Development, who is thrilled to support projects that align with his humanities background.
A few of the grant services that RDG will provide or assist with:
- Proposal development
- Budget support
- Grant submissions
- Post-award grant management
- Financial oversight
- Reporting
To provide equitable service to a large constituency, please complete the “Submit a Proposal” Google Form below and contact Jeff a few weeks before a proposal is due. This will help ensure that adequate attention can be given to everyone who is in the submission queue.
If you want to talk about a potential project or have any questions, please contact Jeff Meserve at ResearchDevelopment@humanitiesinstitute.utexas.edu or call (512) 471-3350. If you are ready to submit a proposal, please click the button below to complete the Google Form.
