Compliance Division 
The Global Compliance Group oversees compliance risks and sustains compliance management across AIG and each of its businesses and corporate functions through policy issuance and implementation, compliance risk assessment, compliance testing, and compliance training, as well as supervision of a Help Line for raising issues or concerns. The group also partners with AIG’s businesses and corporate functions to integrate compliance management in daily business activities and strategic planning to foster and maintain an ethical culture throughout the Company and to mitigate AIG’s legal, regulatory, and reputational risks enterprise-wide. 

Program Description 
Joining the AIG Summer Internship Program is a great way to enhance your business acumen and gain insight into our industry. Summer Analysts are placed into meaningful and influential roles that have an immediate and integral impact on the business. 

The Program lasts approximately 10 weeks and is targeted to students entering the final year of their undergraduate or graduate education. After a week of orientation and intensive training, Summer Analysts will join one of our business lines, each of which offers a unique opportunity to work in a diverse, global and collegial environment. In addition to the experience acquired on the job, Summer Analysts have the opportunity to participate in learning seminars, volunteer activities and networking receptions. 

- Minimum grade point average of 3.2 (unofficial transcript required upon application) 
- Graduation date between December 2015 – June 2016 
- Pursuant of a bachelor’s or 5th year master’s degree 
- Strong Project Management & Analytical Skills
