As a Contact Center Consultant, your role will be to provide exceptional customer service for individuals seeking financial assistance. We will provide the environment for you to grow and develop into a world class customer service provider. Your support of a sales and service culture in our call center will enable you to educate members about services that will enhance their financial well-being, while also supporting the goals of the credit union. This is a great way to start your financial services career! 

Answer all incoming calls with a pleasant, professional voice and good listening skills. 

Make outbound calls to cross-sell targeted products, services or events. 

Open various types of accounts for members, offering products/services in bundles in order to increase services per retail member. 

Assist members with account inquires, rate information, products/services, and requests for statements.

One year of sales experience. 

One year of call center or financial institution experience. 

Additional specialized or technical training in loan processing preferred. 

Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
