As a Contact Center Consultant, your role will be to provide exceptional customer service for individuals seeking financial assistance. We will provide the environment for you to grow and develop into a world class customer service provider. Your support of a sales and service culture in our call center will enable you to educate members about services that will enhance their financial well-being, while also supporting the goals of the credit union. This is a great way to start your financial services career! 

Answer all incoming calls with a pleasant, professional voice and good listening skills. 

Open various types of accounts for members, offering products/services in bundles in order to increase services per retail member. 

Assist members with account/lending inquiries, rate information and online troubleshooting issues. 

Participate in outside business development and community/education events.

Six months of financial institution experience preferred, or equivalent call center experience. 

Problem solving skills and dealing with potential conflict. 

Quicken and QuickBooks experience preferred. 

Bilingual Spanish is a plus ($250.00 bonus after first 60 days of employment).
