Do you have Teller experience, as well as some supervisory experience? 

If you are the successful candidate for this position, your role in helping A+FCU achieve its goal of becoming our members' partner helping them fulfill their lifelong financial dreams would be to provide accurate, courteous service to members by maintaining a cash drawer and by handling member transactions.  

•Assist members with account and product inquiries and complex transactions. Resolve problems or unusual situations presented by members or staff, as needed. 
•Special Items – sell money orders, official checks & stamps. Perform cash advances, stop payments and wire transfers. 
•Safe Deposit Box – allow members entry and open/close boxes (training required). 
•Consistently meet or exceed individual goals established for the achievement of increasing retail services per member and promoting the Big A. 
•Serve as information source for Member Associate area (operation, direction & guidance). 
•Assist with implementing and monitoring Branch goals and strategic sales initiatives. 
•Operate and balance cash drawer. 
•Perform shared branching transactions for guest members. 
•Vault Responsibilities – buy and sell, load CDM and ATM, daily balancing, shipping coin, assist in preparing cash orders and verify cash shipments. 
•Balance coin machine daily. 
•Allow debit card instant issue procedures daily. 
•Process collection items. 
•Serve on Credit Union committees and communicate info to branch team. 
•Assist with processing items, daily check balancing and closing cash letter. 
•Provide ATM Operation assistance through balancing and troubleshooting. 
•Provide supervisory overrides and check approvals. 
•Assist in rotation of Branch opening and closing duties. 
•Perform monthly audits of stamps, gift cards, and debit cards. 
•Perform teller cash drawer audits, daily work audits and provide input for staff performance observations for Member Associates. 
•Monitor Member Associate and Member Services Counselor (MSC) work flow. Assist with assignments, scheduling, monitor & research teller outages, monitor daily compliance of policies/procedures.  
•Participate in outside Business Development and Community/Education events. 
•Assist in MSC area as needed by opening/closing accounts, cross-selling products and services interviewing loan applicants. 

Education and Experience: 
•High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent  
•Minimum of one year financial institution experience  
•Good communication skills both verbal and written 
•Strong technical background in teller/vault procedures
