Accenture is currently seeking CUSTOMER SERVICE Agents for our end client located in Austin TX. Role Title(s): Customer Service Analyst 
Start Date: ASAP 
Contract Duration: up to 5 years 
Pay per hour: $17 an hour (W2 CANDIDATES ONLY) 

Job Descriptions: 

The candidate will help support and expand Accenture client’s self-serve advertising customer base. They will also need to demonstrate the value of Accenture client’s advertising solutions and provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products. 

The team will do chat, email and phone support for small and medium companies from North America that advertise on Accenture client’s website. They will provide product and basic tool support to improve their experience and drive higher spend.

•Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills 

Selected candidates will become employees of an Accenture vendor contracting with Facebook. For business purposes only the selected contractors Personal Facebook page will be linked to their Business profile using ONLY their profile picture; Facebook will maintain privacy of the Users AT ALL TIMES. 

It is a requirement of Facebook that selected contractors have the Facebook Application on their mobile phones. Once a contractor is selected, they will need to download the Facebook Application onto their mobile phones. 

To be considered for this opportunity candidates must be able to work regular schedules that will consist of two shifts, with weekends and holidays included. 

General Skills: 

•Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience 
•1 to 3 years Customer Service experience 
•Web chat experience 
•1-3 years working in a service organization (preferred) 
•Familiarity with online advertising products 
•Fluency in local language (as needed)
