Accenture Strategy Analyst Development Program
As a Strategy Analyst at Accenture, you’ll become part of a strong network created to help you grow and advance your career through coaching and mentoring as well as formal training and development. The program is designed to expose you to a broad range of Strategy assignments, enabling you to develop core strategy skills through diverse, hands-on experience. Depending on your interests, you will focus on one of our three Strategy practices: Business Strategy, Technology Strategy or Operations/Function Strategy.
Your Role: Strategy Analyst

 Structure and perform analysis and conduct primary research to uncover insights, identify and validate value creation opportunities at clients
 Identify key drivers through structured analysis and conceptual thinking to effectively probe problems and causes; work with Accenture and client teams to develop solutions
 Present at team and client meetings, and determine the most practical way to drive lasting results based on your insights and analysis
 Communicate effectively and persuasively in a business context
 Leverage desktop applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Access with high proficiency to capture and maximize your critical thinking
 Develop an understanding of how our clients operate and how technology can be leveraged to create new value streams
 Help clients navigate disruption and understand the transformative impact of leading edge technology
Your Experience: Basic Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree (with a graduation date no later than December 31, 2015)
Set Yourself Apart: Preferred Qualifications
 Strong quantitative acumen with the demonstrated ability to think analytically and conceptually
 Passionate about technology’s impact on business and society
 Relevant project-based internship experience with a leading company, not-for-profit or government entity
 Relevant academic research or projects along with 3.5 or higher cumulative (overall) GPA
 Global awareness through international study or internships; multilingual
 Team player and naturally collaborative
 Self-starter with a real drive for impact and an entrepreneurial mindset
 Demonstrated leadership skills in professional setting or through extra-curricular activities
 Advanced proficiency with desktop applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
 Understanding of the following finance and business strategy concepts:
 Market and competitive analysis
 Data Modeling
 Financial Analysis
 Statistics
 Understanding of the following IT strategy concepts:
