Each colleague will be aligned with a specific team within Aon Hewitt HR Business Process Outsourcing or Benefits Administration based on business need and skill set. Placement opportunities may include (but are not limited to) Total Benefits Administration, Payroll, Workforce Administration, Operations and Talent. The Business Delivery Specialist (BDS) works across multiple areas and with various leaders to support ongoing delivery and project work. 

Responsibility Areas: 
• Collaborates with the client to resolve issues or requests they may have 
• Completes daily responsibilities for aligned domain, working with third-party providers, other Aon Hewitt Colleagues, and client contacts to ensure seamless process delivery 
• Manages ongoing client work by utilizing standard project management principles 
• Supports Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) adherence by ensuring timely quality delivery of own and other team members’ work 
• Properly researches and documents a system defect(s); escalating issues when required 
• Supports quality assurance efforts of ongoing processes as required (at live date and as changes are made) 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

Formal Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Business Internship experience desired 
• GPA 3.0 
• August/December 2014 or May/June 2015 graduate 

Knowledge & Experience: 

• Ability to learn and apply new skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
