This role will develop strategies, manage, execute, and optimize Digital Media campaigns across all Search Engine and Social Network platforms. 


*Plan, manage, and execute paid search/Pay Per Click (PPC) and social advertising campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management 
*Responsible for ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keyword strategies, website and category exclusions, ad creative, and landing page revisions based on performance history and the client's objectives 
*Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics 
*Audit both assigned client accounts and as well as assist other accounts when needed 
*Execution & analysis of paid search beta tests & new platforms/vendors 
*Assist Account Supervisor with client communications around paid search knowledge, and recommendations to develop and deliver a clear strategic vision to the client 
*Forecast & plan paid search growth, and regularly communicating opportunity with the client 
*Strong organizational skills, detailed orientation and project management ability 
*Adaptable to change and ability to multi-task 
*Demonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to drive advanced projects to completion 
*Research digital marketing issues and formulate solutions 

Required Qualifications: 

*Bachelor's degree required 
*Strong organizational skills, detailed orientation and project management ability 
*Ability to be manage client communication without requiring significant Account Supervisor involvement
*Ability to draw critical analysis from data and make specific recommendations -- i.e. adapted to change strategies and recommendations based on data sets 
*Strong client and team leadership qualities, comfortable contributing to company's thought leadership on PPC industry topics 

Not Expected but Delightful to Have Qualifications: 

*Experience in managing large scale, complex paid search campaigns 
*A strong understanding of Display Media, SEO, Affiliates, Feeds, Mobile, Social and Attribution 
*Google Analytics Certification 
*BingAds Professional Certification
