: Astanza Laser is a leading manufacturer and distributor of cosmetic laser systems based in Houston, TX. Key users of our products include health care professionals, laser clinics, and tattoo shops who use our lasers to treat unwanted tattoos and a variety of other skin conditions. 

Job Description: As a business development coordinator, you will be working closing with Astanza's sales team members and senior staff to facilitate the processing of leads, coordination of telephone calls and in-person meetings, and many, many other tasks as needed. It is essential that you are absolutely responsible, intelligent, hungry, and organized. This is an amazing opportunity for an individual that wants to prepare for future success in sales, but also someone that is considering graduate school in the future and wants to work with a rapidly growing company and highly-motivated, bright people that are great mentors.

Position: Business Development Coordinator 
Location: Houston, TX 

Required Qualifications 
• 4 year college degree 
• Internship/work experience that demonstrates achievement, preferably in sales but others ok 
• High level of detail orientation and organization skills 
• Comfortable in conversations with a huge range of personality types, professions, and cultures
• Fast in everything you do - typing, thinking, doing, etc 
• Interest in travel, and desire for exploring the world 

Responsibilities: 
• Understand Astanza laser products and services 
• Understand cosmetic laser industry trends, issues and competitors 
• Respond to inbound leads, qualifying those leads and determining key opportunities 
• Schedule calls and demonstrations with potential customers 
• Manage your accounts and report lead activity 
• Assist staff with prospect follow-up and other sales activities as needed 
• Initiate and develop qualified sales leads through cold calls 
• Prospect for leads through internet searches/list-generating 
• Enter new sales leads and update customer data in database 
• Schedule and visit active leads both locally and nationally once trained
