As part of the BSLDP, you’ll learn directly from a company that’s leading the way for innovation. Completing this 20-week paid program in Atlanta, which offers instructor-led, web-based and hands-on training, gives you the opportunity to learn the skills needed to blaze trails and impact your salary through your personal selling prowess. You’ll also work with our advanced technology, learn how to prospect for new business, solve problems, provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals. 

With your passion for technology and our world-class training, you’ll be on your way to an amazing career. Responsibilities will include securing new business and managing our existing AT&T business customers. If you’re a leader with a focus in sales, the BSLDP might be the program for you. Upon successful program completion, individuals will relocate to another territory in the US. 

Sound like you? 

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree 
• Sales passion and a drive for accelerated growth in professional B2B sales 
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership in extra-curricular organizations (i.e.; participation in internships, work, athletics, volunteerism, organizations) 
• Strong communications skills 
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
• Flexible, adaptable, resilient 
• High customer service standards 
• Willing and able to relocate to another territory in the U.S. 
• Valid and clean driver's license, current auto insurance and a reliable vehicle per transportation needs of the market 
• Related experience with cold calling and sales a plus
