Behavioral Innovations is currently looking for Part-time Therapist in our Leander, TX office ONLY.This position works directly with Behavioral Innovation’s client(s) on their individualized ABA therapy programs and is responsible for building/maintaining rapport and keeping up to date on programming goals/changes for each child. Our services include: early intervention both in-home and in our treatment centers, adult services, education services, speech therapy, and specialized services. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 
•Conduct Therapy • Use Basic Knowledge of Behaviorally Analytic Procedures • Supervise Client(s) • Professional Practices with Clients & Families • Data Collection & Analysis: updating data, organizing/creating materials, conducting follow-up sessions, coordinating with other teams, researching activities, etc. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
•Working towards or has obtained a Degree in Behavioral Science or related field (such as; Psychology, Special Education, Elementary Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Occupational/Physical/Speech Therapy or Counseling/ Social Work) • Knowledge of Autism and other developmental disorders preferred • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis preferred • Previous experience working with a range of children with autism, developmental disorders or typically developing children • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Energetic and enthusiast • Passion for helping children achieve their full potential • Ability to work on a team • Willing to learn and implement new skills
