Castleton Commodities International (www.cci.com) is hiring a Compliance Analyst in Houston. This is an excellent opportunity to either start or further your career in Compliance at a best in class commodity trading firm. In this role, you will gain exposure to both physical and financial trading of commodities, particularly in the Asia region. 


Responsibilities: 
•Preparation of Policies & Procedures 
•Development and implementation of monitoring tools to test for compliance with regulatory and policy requirements 
•Track and ensure completion of recurring reporting requirements 
•Review, understand, and summarize rules applicable to commodity trading and operation of physical commodity assets 
•Analyze and prepare trading data for regulatory responses 


Qualifications: 
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field. 
•0-2 years’ experience in commodity trading. Entry level candidates should have prior internship experience in trading, banking, or finance. 
•Fluent (spoken and written) in Chinese. 
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 
•Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast moving, high pressure environment. 
•Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness and ability to travel.
