Responsibilities of a CDW Account Manager include:
• Prospecting and outbound calling- the "Inside" part of Inside Sales 
• Be able to speak to IT decision makers at various organizational levels 
• Manage the entire sales cycle. Get your customers what they need- FAST. 95% of orders ship same day! 
• Build relationships through amazing customer service and follow up 
• Maintain CDW’s Values and Philosophies of Success 

Qualities of a successful CDW Account Manager include: 
• Strong sales drive and desire to win  
• Tenacity. You’ll need to overcome rejection in sales; and you’ll even enjoy winning your customers over through your powerfully persuasive attitude! 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office in addition to basic computer knowledge. We are a tech company, after all. 
• Ability to multitask- we help you with this! Dual monitor setups work wonders.  
• Effective communication skills in a unique office that fosters friendships and team work
