Inside Sales Account Management – Round Rock, TX

Dell is looking for experienced inside sales professionals ready to take their career, and our growth, to the next level within our Dell Financial Services business. In partnership with Dell’s sales teams, the successful candidate will understand Dell’s transformation and product suite to generate financing opportunities with existing and acquisition customers.

Role Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with a cross functional team in order to build new business relationships and initiate/increase sales to targeted customer prospects. Scope the need, price and quote, negotiate and provide financial product information on an ongoing basis via the telephone
• Take ~10-15 inbound calls daily and make ~20-25 outbound calls to acquire new acquisitions and follow up
• Sell Dell financing by responding to inbound or placing outbound customer calls, determining needs, overcoming objections, and providing solutions
• Provide technical expertise in financial services
• Provide updated marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, stay current in industry knowledge as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
• Present and demonstrate financial product features to potential customers at trade shows and/or on-site to increase exposure of products and services
• Work directly with the Dell Sales team to ensure they are introducing the value of financing to their Customers.

The Job Description:
• Responsible for attaining 100% or more of set sales quota in the sales period (QTRs or Halves) and execute against corporate / segment initiatives. This includes initiatives intended to solidify relationships with Dell and achieve the organization’s strategic goals.
• Responsible for selling the full suite of financial products via telephone to Dell Clients and Prospects.
• Focus on managing relationships with retention accounts while developing new relationships with acquisition customers.
• Provide updated marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
• Experience in leasing industry preferred
Overview of Daily Tasks:
• Inbound and Outbound calling.
• Email Management and correspondence.
• Attending and sometimes leading conference calls
• Interacting with customers, Dell Sales teams, project team members and partners to coordinate complex solutions.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Solid customer relationship skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and planning skills
• Proven selling ability
• Demonstrate an ability to building strong relationships resulting in successful outcomes, preferably in a sales environment
• Outgoing, problem-solving individuals who can demonstrate they are entirely self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal direction
• Demonstrate an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment while projecting a positive sales attitude.
