A company’s most valuable asset is its workforce, and in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, we work with organizations to determine how to best leverage their workforce to execute their business strategies. Whether a business is going through a merger or acquisition, trying to expand into emerging markets, or scaling to prepare for growth, ensuring their workforce is aligned to the journey is always a top priority and the HR organization needs to be at the forefront of the change. Our work is centered around helping HR organizations put the right infrastructure, talent, and systems in place to meet that critical need.

Work You’ll Do
As someone who seeks to bring business strategy to life through technology and bridge communication between technical teams and business leaders, you’ll help our clients strategize, design, build and implement new HR models. Understanding the process from planning to implementation, you’ll help determine the right system architecture and infrastructure needed to better manage clients’ people information. Whether working with Workday, Salesforce, SAP or Oracle, you’ll gain hands-on knowledge of how to successfully enable the workplace of the future by capitalizing on the rapid pace of technical innovation in the HR space today. We are not looking for coders; we are looking for strategic thinkers with a knowledge and passion for transforming an organization and its operations through HR technology.

How You’ll Grow
Two of the most important tools in today’s business world are experience and resources. At Deloitte, you’ll find plenty of both. We believe in equipping our people with effective resources available and offering the experience, education and opportunities you’ll need at every stage of your career. Your first week on the job will start off with Business Analyst Human Capital 101, giving you foundational knowledge of the Human Capital practice and providing you with an overview of core consulting skills. It doesn’t stop there, you’ll also get the opportunity to attend the National Business Analyst Human Capital School, a week-long intensive program where you’ll take the knowledge you've gained through your undergraduate studies and apply it to a real-life project situation. In addition, our work and clients will challenge you intellectually, enabling you to build both your experience and an exceptional professional network.
