When companies undergo significant organizational changes, they need a trusted advisor to help them drive decisions and navigate challenges. From talent strategy to organizational design to change management, our analysts look beyond the traditional boundaries within an organization to discover untapped sources of value. We provide guidance to organizations undergoing large-scale transformations; whether they are implementing new technology globally, driving efficiency in HR operations, or simply changing the way they work. As an analytical, strategic thinker who understands the big picture, you will work directly with clients across industries to help align talent and human resources strategies with broader business objectives.

Work You’ll Do
Our work goes beyond HR and touches every part of an organization, including Finance, IT, Sales, Supply Chain, as well as other disciplines. In Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, you will leverage research, analytics and industry insights to help design and execute critical programs from business-driven HR to innovative talent, leadership and change programs. Taking advantage of enabling technologies, employee engagement tools, advanced workforce planning, and analytics, you can help drive business results through HR and talent strategy. You might work with our clients to determine how restructuring their organization can increase efficiencies, establish new operating models for HR, or develop global communication strategies to highlight the benefits of a new technology.

How You’ll Grow
Two of the most important tools in today’s business world are experience and resources. At Deloitte, you’ll find plenty of both. During this 8-10 week long learning experience, you’ll gain first-hand insights into the technical skills, critical professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets needed to be effective as part of the Human Capital practice. You’ll work with a wide variety of talented leaders, learn how to tackle business issues and design strategies that are aligned with our clients’ objectives, and experience the day-to-day challenges and opportunities presented in this exciting, forward-facing career. Your tailored training program will start on day 1 and be supplemented with learning opportunities throughout the summer, whether on the job, virtual, or in the office on Fridays. The summer will also feature networking opportunities with firm leadership and interns across the organization during the national summer intern conference at Deloitte University.
