The Regulatory Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the Regulatory Operations Team (Reg. Ops) with client support and service management activities in the following markets - Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, New Zealand and the US. Responsibilities include managing market specific tasks such as device notifications, preparation of service agreements, addressing service related questions, offering on-going regulatory support, development of internal processes and procedures and assisting with follow-up activities.

Job Responsibilities: 

• As assigned, serve as point of client contact for response to requests for assistance and facilitate project deliverables 
• Managing relationships between clients, consultants and other service providers in a prompt and professional manner 
• Provide information to clients on the regulatory process for medical devices in the mentioned markets 
• Project set up and monitoring using several software platforms including SharePoint and EmergoNET 
• Financial tracking and control, status updates 
• Maintenance of secure and accurate client documentation 
• Problem solving and situational management 
• Become familiar with the regulations for medical devices in specific markets. Perform additional research when needed in order to address inquiries. 

Job Requirements: 

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills 
• Strong organizational skills and comfortable learning multiple software programs 
• A quick learner, ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment, without the need for close supervision 
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple assigned tasks at any given time 
• Strong attention to details and ability to follow procedures, processes and instructions

• Salary range to start in the mid $30k’s with an opportunity to increase to the upper $30k’s upon successful completion of 3 month initial period
