Client Services Analyst – Austin, TX 

A Client Services Analyst provides critical support and management of our clients’ wireless carrier invoices. This includes ensuring the invoices are received and loaded, generating and analyzing monthly reports, producing AP/GL feeds, and resolving any invoicing / billing issues with carriers. This role includes working directly with the client and the client’s carriers. 

• Monitor client invoices to ensure all expected invoices are received and loaded, track and report on missing invoices 
• Validate invoices variances, work with the support organization to reconcile invalid invoices as needed 
• Analyze carrier billing data to perform optimizations on client’s wireless accounts 
• Generate recommendations to the client to drive cost savings in their environment 
• Monitor and track savings based off of optimization initiatives and build presentations to show our value to the client 
• Produce AP/GL files based on customer specifications 
• Reconcile new inventory 
• Maintain the highest quality customer service standards and attitude 
• Communicate in a professional and businesslike manner to entire organization as an advocate for the client 
• Become an expert on Tangoe software products and processes 
• Acquire and maintain expertise on Telecom Expense Management 
• Identify opportunities for process improvement; work with team members to define and implement best practices 
• Define and propose software system improvements based on clients business requirements and processes 
• Working with cross functional teams, develop and enforce clear processes and procedures 
• Provide support to the executive management team on presentations, ad-hoc analysis, and other strategic initiatives 

• Familiarity with accounting principles (debit vs. credit, cost center and GL basics, accruals) 
• Strong quantitative abilities with experience in database management, data gathering, and analysis 
• Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skills 
• Individual must have strong customer service skills and the ability to work / adapt in a fast growing environment 
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, manage work load, be accountable and deliver results 
• Must be able to prioritize to meet competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment as a team player 
• Must have Microsoft Office experience with advanced knowledge of Excel 
• Knowledge or experience with PL/SQL is beneficial 
• Must demonstrate sound business judgment and decision making skills 
• Strong inter-personal and communications skills 
• Proficient at interacting positively with senior management and cross functional peer teams 
• Capable of managing major process and systems changes, and managing related conflicts 
• Able to work unsupervised and drive major projects to completion 
• Familiarity with telecommunications a plus
