We are a small tech company that provides software for Higher Education Career Services offices. Our Services team consists of people with different educational backgrounds. You don’t have to have a degree in technology to work for us! We are looking for a person who can problem solve their way to success!  

The Client Relations Associate (CRA) provides direct first-level client support via phone, email and chat to users of CSO’s career services automation management software – The CSO System. The CRA escalates second and third level support requests to Client Relations Managers and Implementation Managers as appropriate to provide ongoing proactive client care to meet service level agreements and ensure short response times and high levels of initial client satisfaction 

Client Relations Associates are entry-level, results-oriented professionals, focused on assisting, guiding and directing new and existing clients with clear communication to successfully utilize CSO’s online software solution. CRAs act as representatives of CSO by enthusiastically and consistently working as a team member to achieve company, team and individual goals. The CRA’s primary focus is responding to customer issues and helping find resolutions. Along the way, CRA’s work with different teams across the company, depending on the issue.
