Hill+Knowlton Strategies is seeking bright, enthusiastic Fall Fellows to support the Global Corporate Team located in our Austin, TX office. Ideal candidates will be recent graduates with previous communications internship experience and strong writing and research skills. This is an incredible opportunity to work closely with C-level executives and gain insight into the business of a global communications agency. 

As a Global Corporate Communications Fellow you will: 
•Conduct in-depth research and compile detailed information about industry events and activities in support of presentation deliverables to C-level executives 

•Develop media monitoring reports and compile media analysis using tools such as Vocus, Cision, Factiva and Radian6 

•Create, edit and post video content for various digital channels including social media and web 

•Actively participate in team, staff, and client meetings, proactively seek and share relevant information when appropriate 

•Work with supervisors to establish and track career goals, training and skill-building needs 

•Assist team members with additional assignments as needed 

•Interface with potential client contacts, vendors and internal teams with oversight 

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Policy or related field 

•Previous internship experience 

•Digitally savvy with strong social media and research skills 

•Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills – clear and concise writing required 

•Proficiency in video editing and software programs including the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop), Premiere, Final Cut Pro and Avid Media Composer a must 

•Ability to capture and edit content with quick turnaround deadlines 

•Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, creative and fast-paced environment 

•Experience with PR & media monitoring software (Vocus, Cision, Factiva, Radian6) 

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office – particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel 

•Positive team-player with a proactive approach 

Compensation: $15/hour + overtime eligible (+40 hours/week)
