How an Account Executive works. 

Account Executives at Indeed are on the front lines of helping organizations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. You will advocate Job Search technology to leading companies across multiple states and promote the inventive power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative and mobile. The job: We are looking for self-motivated and sales-driven Account Executives to join our ever-growing inside sales team! If you have that hunter mentality and love closing deals, this will be the place for you. Our sales division drives your competitiveness and brings a fast-paced environment that allows sales individuals to succeed in doing what they do best…SELLING. We offer a defined growth path in sales, encouraging professional development and movement through our various sales levels (AE → Sr. AE → Team Lead). We take pride in building on the success of our salespeople and reward them respectively. 

Responsibilities: 
Call small to medium sized employers selling pay-per-click advertising (PPC) 
Develop relationships via phone, email, social media and professional networking 
Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone, via webinar and face to face 
Prospect revenue opportunities and build a pipeline 
Analyze and present monthly analytics reports to advertisers 
Develop account relationships and close sales quickly 
Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree 
0-3 years of experience selling in a sales-driven environment 
Highly self-motivated individuals, driven to success 
Thrill of the hunt and excitement of closing sales 
Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge to various situations 
Interest in building upon an existing successful track record in sales 
Excitement for challenges and overcoming them 
Need-to-win attitude 
Work Hard/Play Hard passion 
Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills 
Ability to work under pressure 
Ability to navigate through software programs and prioritize plans daily
