Our Analyst Development Program is designed to help new employees develop a broad knowledge base in data analytics through training, mentorship and rotational assignments. 

We’ll start you with 12 weeks of structured training where you’ll enhance your critical thinking and analytical abilities through classes in data mining, pricing strategy, data analytics, business case development, and presentation skills. You will then apply these new skills to rotations through our Product, Marketing, Distribution and Claims Analytics teams. Each rotation provides a high-level understanding of how data analytics is used within Personal Insurance and provides you with the opportunity to contribute through challenging analytic work.  

Responsibilities: 
• Participate in training to learn about the industry and company to establish a strong foundation for long-term career success 
• Gather data from various business sources to identify opportunity areas 
• Analyze data using quantitative techniques to make actionable recommendations 
• Assist Analysts and/or Managers within Personal Insurance with daily job duties to support meeting department goals 
• Work individually, or as part of a team, to assist with projects of increasing responsibility to build experience and skills at a pace matched to your demonstrated proficiency 
• Understand "big picture" from first-hand experiences by gaining exposure to multiple groups and senior leaders  
Qualifications: 
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA. Additional requirements might apply 
• Must have permanent work authorization in the United States 
• Economics, Finance, Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or related major 
• 0-2 years professional experience  
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and organizational skills 
• Quantitative and analytical ability 
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities 
• Experience with technical programs such as SAS and advanced Excel preferred
