As an ADP Intern, you will participate in a 10-12 week, analytically based internship program, which will provide you with an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience across various departments within Personal Insurance. After an initial training, you will apply your critical thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunity areas and make actionable recommendations. You will be exposed to various functions within Personal Insurance, including Distribution, Product Management, Marketing and Claims. Throughout your experience, you will work closely with a mentor and receive classroom training to support your work. This intern-ship is designed to feed directly into the full-time rotational development program; approximately 90% of interns will receive a full-time offer at the end of the summer based on their performance. Opportunities are available in Boston, MA and Seattle, WA. 

Responsibilities: 
• Participate in training to learn about the industry and company to establish a strong foundation for long-term career success 
• Gather data from various business sources to identify opportunity areas 
• Analyze data using quantitative techniques to make actionable recommendations 
• Assist Analysts and/or Managers within Personal Insurance with daily job duties to support meeting department goals 
• Work individually, or as part of a team, to assist with projects of increasing responsibility to build experience and skills at a pace matched to your demonstrated proficiency 
• Understand "big picture" from first-hand experiences by gaining exposure to multiple groups and senior leaders  
Qualifications: 
• Undergraduate working towards a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA. Additional requirements might apply 
• Must have permanent work authorization in the United States 
• Economics, Finance, Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or related major 
• 0-2 years of professional experience 
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and organizational skills 
• Quantitative and analytical ability 
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities 
• Experience with technical programs such as SAS and advanced Excel preferred
