Explore this position and apply bia your BTT Gateway account, Schedule ID 522

We created the Morningstar Development Program (MDP) to prepare recent college graduates for successful, long-term careers, wherever they may lead. As a participant, you will gain exposure to different aspects of Morningstar’s business while gaining foundational skills such as knowledge of the financial industry and securities, business development skills and the softer skills needed for long term success. Program participants also receive hands-on career development, mentoring, and coaching from managers, mentors, and the MDP Team. We are here to help you succeed at Morningstar.

The Role: The Morningstar Development Program is accepting applicants with 0-3 years of full-time work experience. While we look for individuals who have an interest in investing, your major is not as important as your ability to apply concepts to real-life scenarios. All fields of study are welcomed. If you are selected for the program, the MDP team will work with you to determine your specific role. Possible first placements may be in data analysis, product consulting, or sales. All positions are based in our Chicago office. The program advisor will meet with you to identify and develop your career goals. Past participants have moved into roles such as investment analyst, client relationship manager, operations analyst, and project manager.

Responsibilities
+ Contribute to ongoing training sessions, stretch projects, and round-table discussions while developing a strong foundation of knowledge to build on and use in a Morningstar career.
+ Develop critical skills and areas of expertise that will help prepare you for advancement into positions across the organization.

+ A bachelor’s degree.
+ An outstanding academic record.

Please indicate your earliest available start date and cumulative GPA in your cover letter.

Morningstar is an equal opportunity employer.
