Job Description 
Business Development Executives will be responsible for business-to-business (B2B) inside sales that entails managing the sales lifecycle including generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with realtors, and ensuring that the borrower goes through a seamless process in purchasing a home.  

You do not need to have experience in the mortgage industry; we offer complete 3 weeks paid training program for individuals who don’t just want another job, but a satisfying career helping others and earning a great income in the process.

• Base salary with an uncapped commission structure (POTENTIAL SIX FIGURES WITHIN 6 MONTHS)
• Nationwide support, licensed and servicing 47 states 
• 50+ and growing team with the back-end processing located in house

• Proven sales closing skills and experience 
• Mortgage experience a plus
