JOB DESCRIPTION 
The Summer Operations Analyst Internship will give you the opportunity to play a vital and influential role in optimizing the marketing, sales, and processing operations of a mortgage bank. From this experience, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of multiple disciplines within a large scope of business. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
● Analyze raw operations data and create coherent reports to present to all departments and the management team 
● Adapt to our company's business model and learn how to apply metrics to optimize the company performance 
● Coordinate with the Operations team to analyze problems, determine causes, and initiate corrective action 
● Support over ad hoc requests 

QUALIFICATIONS 
● Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree 
● Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude 
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 
● Excellent communication and organizational skills 
● Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced and FUN environment
