Professional Development Series: Conducting Research in Organizations

Who does this product appeal to? How can our company increase productivity? Is our program effective at achieving its mission? In this workshop, you will learn the different methods that can be used to answer important questions to organizations. Our guest speaker will discuss the role of both qualitative and quantitative methods in addressing the critical concerns of organizations today and in the future. We will walk through when to use different research skills including individual interviews, focus groups, survey construction, and secondary data analysis.

This workshop is designed for students who want to learn about conducting research at both corporations and non-profit organizations.

Who is eligible to attend these workshops? These workshops are open to current undergraduate liberal arts students with an active BTT Gateway account.
