Position Overview: 

The Inside Sales Account Executive role is to help build and maintain Protect America’s Affiliate Network. This position is responsible for both helping optimize the success of an existing portfolio of affiliates and sourcing new affiliates to the network, all with the goal of scaling the growth and market presence. The growth and development of our affiliate network is a vital part of our overall business strategy. 


The Inside Sales Account Executive must meet or exceed sales quotas by prospecting for and developing industry leading Partners/Publisher relationships 
Must be able to build your own funnel with B2B contacts in the home security vertical 
Substantial earning potential with every qualified lead that converts that you bring in the building
Daily Affiliate Management – work with Partners/Publishers to optimize delivery and campaign performance. 
Familiarity with review sites and how they work is also helpful, but not necessary 
Responsible for ensuring compliance and brand safety with publishers on an ongoing basis 
Analyze Publisher statistics on a daily basis and to maximize revenue, identify opportunities, optimize campaigns and troubleshoot issues 
Build and manage strong client relationships 
Meet with partners and attend industry conferences as needed 
Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI 
Manage affiliate relations, communication and recruitment 
Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills 
Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation 
Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential 
Strategize, plan, execute and optimize email, social, mobile and display campaigns 


Home security or subscriber, telecom or wireless background is a plus 
2 + years prior experience in Business Development, B2B, Sales and/or Affiliate Marketing 
Must be a "hunter" and have a reliable network, and ability to grow one 
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a fast paced, quota driven environment 
Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results 
Strong decision making and problem solving skills 
Proven ability to fearlessly initiate, establish and nurture partner relationships over the phone and in person. 
Excellent written and oral communication skills (outgoing, well-spoken, professional, friendly and courteous) 
Strong analytical skills 
Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet browsers) 
Excellent attention to detail 
Results and goal oriented approach 
Expertise in many forms of internet media and marketing, with knowledge of email marketing 
Must have established contacts with publishers and media networks 
Must possess an understanding of media metrics, campaign tracking and optimization 
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing or Communications is a plus
