Job Description:Dynamic professional health news publishing company is seeking an individual to use strong project management and research skills to manage and coordinate the internal and external permissions and copyright process for the company’s patient-facing text and video health content. 
Excellent communication and writing skills as well as advance computer skills. Experience in sales, advertising, syndication and licensing will be used. Representatives will use a blend of business, analytical, and interpersonal skills to build client syndicate relationships. Strong presentation skills and ability to gather and convey information when needed is desired. 
Responsibilities:Responsible for distribution of content and developing and maintaining relationships with licensing syndicates.Maintain records of permissions and licensing agreements and collecting payments for syndication.Track emerging publishing industry trends and technologies and keep relevant business stakeholders and technology groups informed of key developments.Work to help the business better value content we license. 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, publishing, public health, advertising, sales, or related field with at least 2 years’ experience working in sales with rights management, intellectual property, licensing or other relevant experience. 
Experience: Worked for Gold Standard, Multum, First DataBank, etc is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare, publishing industry, and ability to make decisions, solve problems and set priorities necessary.
