Job Summary: 
Seilevel is seeking entry-level Business Analysts to join our organization. The Business Analyst develops the blueprint for which software will be written, as such BA’s need to be detail oriented and strong at both verbal and written communication. The job duties will include elicitation of software requirements through various types of analysis and communication with business stakeholders so that all software requirements are properly documented and quantified.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

•Performs data analysis, use case analysis and business process mapping in order to identify and quantify inefficiencies which can be improved through automation, for cross functional business entities 
•Quickly learns new subject matter areas after joining a project 
•Connects functional and technical requirements to business requirements 
•Writes software requirements for Waterfall or Agile projects 
•Creates business objective models to drive projects towards highest value 
•Builds relationships with stakeholders to facilitate clear communication 
•Balances multiple priorities and deadlines 
•Elicit software requirements from business owners and document them 
•Manage the development team and the programmers as the software is developed.  
Position Requirements: 
•Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university 
•Able to travel up to 80% of the time 
•Analytical and problem solving skills 
•Organizational, planning, and project management skills 
•Well-developed written and verbal communication skills 
•Proficient in Microsoft Office
