ShippingEasy ( is still sort of new to Austin! Launched in Sydney, Australia in November 2011, we opened our 2nd office in Austin, Texas in 2012. We are currently hiring an account manager with an excellent base salary, ongoing training and healthcare benefit options are available. We are part of the e-commerce Eco-system and enjoying the growth you would expect in this exciting industry. A great place to jump in and make a difference from day one. This isn't your typical Account Management role - it is the driving force behind ShippingEasy's enormous success in the e-commerce market. You will be on the front lines bringing in new customers daily. We pride ourselves on Top Notch Service so it's no surprise that 97% of our customers recommend us. You'll be part of a winning team that makes a difference in a small to medium sized businesses' daily life. 

In short, you will reach out to potential customers to determine if they are a fit for the business. 75% of interactions include reaching out to warm leads who have already expressed interest in ShippingEasy. Marketing and strategic partnerships will take up the majority of your time on the phone. This isn't your typical cold call all day long kind of job. You'd be an ideal candidate if you aren't afraid of picking up the phone and making things happen.

Our Account Management team works closely with our Support team -- these guys/gals are the backbone of what we do here, and help drive the customers you bring on board. Job Responsibilities: 
Reach out to prospective businesses and evaluate their needs 
Provide sound advice for using ShippingEasy while transitioning new clients to the sales team 
"Cold" and "Warm" calling to sharpen sales skills and to help learn the product 
Communicate with senior sales reps daily 
Organization of day to day tasks is a must 
Carry on a relationship with key ShippingEasy partners 
Have a positive, fun, energetic attitude daily 
We want winners, those who want to win and will do everything to get there. 
A coach-able candidate is a must as you will be expected to mold into our specific sales cycle.
