Strive Logistics is looking for enthusiastic Carrier Sales Representatives for our Austin and Chicago offices. If you are motivated, competitive, eager to get on the phone, savvy, ready to learn and ready to earn, you’ll master the art of selling, and help contribute to a growing team.
Carrier Sales at Strive Logistics is responsible for building relationships with transportation providers and negotiating rates to move our customer’s product from point A to point B. Our proven sales training and your personal style combine to deliver win-win scenarios for Strive and our carrier partners. Your energy and drive are the fuel that ignites Strive.
The Carrier Sales training will teach you everything you need to know about Strive, the industry, and our proprietary technology, LoadRunner. During the training, you will experience the Carrier Sales, Customer Sales, and Customer Operations teams.
Responsibilities:
Establish, build, and maintain relationships with current carrier network
Prospect for new carrier partnerships leads
Negotiate rates with carriers
Provide responsive customer service and resolving customer issues
Partner with colleagues to provide support for current accounts
