INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

The Liberal Arts ITS Admin Support team manages equipment inventory and certifies annual inventory certifications for all units within the College of Liberal Arts.

If you receive any emails from UT Inventory Services requesting information for your units, please forward these communications to cola-inventory@la.utexas.edu (email).

If you have authorization to update the OHS Contacts System for units/sub-units under your management, please assign Position ID 1142VK as the primary Inventory Contact.

Annual inventory certifications will be completed centrally by the Liberal Arts ITS Admin Team in cooperation with designated administrative staff from within CLA units.


END USER CERTIFICATION

Review Equipment  

Online tool by which faculty and staff identify and certify university-owned equipment in their possession or under their responsibility.


INVENTORY TAGGING

At least one day each week, staff will be available to travel to units and assign UT Inventory tags to newly-purchased items.

What items need to be tagged with UT Inventory?
